Youth Empowerment. Indoor Skatepark. Fargo-Moorhead.

A place
to land.

Our Vision

Somewhere to ride, belong, learn and grow. Year-round.

We envision a vibrant, welcoming action-sports community where Fargo-Moorhead youth have a safe, positive place to ride, belong, learn, and grow year-round.

Through physical activity, personal connection, and shared experiences, youth of all skill levels and riding styles can pursue their passions, build confidence, form meaningful relationships, and develop qualities that serve them for a lifetime. Regardless of the season, or where they are in their journey.

Why indoors

Fargo takes half the year away.

6Months riders are shut out

Outdoor parks unusable Rideable outside

Harsh Fargo winters keep riders off outdoor parks for over half the year. An indoor facility is the only way this community gets to ride in every season.

Our Mission

More than recreation

Our mission is to create a safe, accessible, inclusive, year-round indoor action-sports facility for the Fargo-Moorhead community where youth can skateboard, BMX, scooter, inline skate, and ride together.

Through recreation, mentorship, instruction, events, and community partnerships, we give young people the chance to stay active, build confidence and positive relationships, and experience a genuine sense of belonging.

The Building

Gotta have a place to land

Once upon a time a group of Fargo friends got together for a road trip to the cities to visit the closest indoor skatepark, 3rd Lair. After two days there they left completely in awe that places like this exist, and started dreaming about how it could happen in Fargo.

Combining their passion for youth and for skateboarding, they began looking into how it could become a reality.

The building is the crucial piece. Harsh Fargo winters stop riders from doing what they love for over half the year, and an indoor facility is how we meet that need. A lot of our cost estimates are based on 3rd Lair.

The passionate minds behind the work

Riley CampbellPortrait 4:5 / 1200 x 1500

Riley Campbell

Co-Founder & President

Originally from Panama City, Florida, Riley brings five years of mentoring youth to his role as co-founder and president. He earned his bachelor's in exercise science from the University of West Florida and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Jamestown, and now works full time as a physical therapist.

He has a heart for serving the next generation through one on one and group mentorship, and has volunteered as a counselor at camps including Carson Wentz's AO1 Junior High Medical Camp. His dedication to serving others earned him the Community Excellence Award during his physical therapy program.

A lifelong board sports enthusiast, from surfing to snowboarding to skateboarding, Riley knows the freedom and connection these activities offer. In the winter of 2025 he co-founded Project Underground to bring an indoor park to Fargo and help reshape the culture around skateboarding. His greatest passion is creating a space where every student, whatever their background, feels valued and finds hope for their future.
